Technically the best degree just for starting a business would be entrepreneurship, but i wouldn't recommend majoring in it. There is no official job for entrepreneurship so it all the good jobs will probably go to all the guys with a degree that's meant more for a job. Besides, true entrepreneurship can never be taught and you would be learning things that you would learn on your own. A much better choice would be either Accounting or Finance, and take a couple of classes in entrepreneurship. It would probably be better minor in either and major in something related to the services/products that your company will provide, that way you save time and money (debt is never a good thing for someone who wants to start a business).
In my opinion, To build a business you must either have a really good at developing and commercializing ideas, or be good at analyzing the market and use that knowledge to build a business which fills in the gaps.
So unless you have a really good idea, i wouldn't recommend dropping out of college. Also I am sure you can find proper training and work in business without a degree, if you work hard enough, and hopefully achieve your goal.
But why the rush??! You have all the time in the world, why not use college as a starting point.
One of the main objectives of college is to broaden your knowledge, and the more you know the more likely you are to find a great idea.
You also shouldn't choose a specific major because you think it will help you build a business, chances are you might not like it and fail and drop out, wasting a couple of years of your life. Instead choose something you might like and enjoy and be good at, and make a living out of it.
